Another Planning Application Secured

Along with this fabulous weather we are having I received the great news that another planning application has been approved today. The application was for a project in Melksham where my clients wanted a larger front entrance porch, convert a gym space back to a garage and add a first floor extension to their property which will give them much need room for when their family come to stay. Comprising of two extra bedrooms and an en suite there will be no need for lilo's or sofa beds once it has been built. Needless to say another great result!
